Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, and include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your order number and RMA inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to send it back to our fulfillment center.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
